sam.adl, you haven't mentioned the platform, and I don't know if you can script, so if that's out of the question, read no further. If you already have a working script to get the XML, you could just add a line to do the total and subtraction and show only the result. Otherwise you could GET the us...

SurePage customisation

I have enabled SurePage in my exetel members area for my CAP on the Optus network.

it works by diverting my phone to 456 however the operator says a generic message. How does one go in customising the message that the operator says to the caller?

DTMF on MoIP

Just curious if it's just me or whether it is an issue with the MoIP application on Nokia.

When I call a number that has menus "press 1 for this" etc - the key press isn't recognised and I can't navigate the menus using the MoIP application on my Nokia E71.

Is this likely a bug or an isolated issue?

I use the SMS api via a PHP script and was having a simlar issue - sms still sending - but getting no response for it.

Sending a message 20 minutes ago ~0640 EDST still did the same thing - I'll see what happens later if the issue has been reported as fixed.

The other issue is it took down SMS services also during the period.

I've had an ongoing ticket also which is a tad frustrating... [Exetel Billing #1843668] As I have had to reply back to the ticket a few times after receiving a response, but then it takes another 5 days to get the next response. I think there should perhaps be a higher priority to replying to ongoin...

I've been a mobile customer for 2-3 months now.

But currently I am now in the 5-hour club, my ADSL2 service was activated this morning!

Thanks William for your prompt reply. Funny thing is today my mobile services and new ADSL2 service (due to be setup Wednesday 11th) were merged onto the one account (at my request) - so now my interface is a bit different anyway, lol. SMS Members Area (Business Voice Account)

I have a business voice account (for mobile services) and it seems that after the announcement of the change to verifying senderIDs I can't see some of the menus in the members area. On the "Send SMS from Web" and "SMS Inbox for Virtual Mobile" it appears to only load part of the page and then stops...

I'm assuming that I will keep my business sms rate of 5c as that is part of my voice account.
I will make mention of that when I email after signing up for Exetel ADSL2.
