I wonder if you could check up on my change of service to Adsl 2 at the Evans head exchange, it was enabled for adsl2 last friday (25th/11) and I was due to be changed over on the 1st of Dec.
My service status on the change of service page states its "Inactive" ? :)

Just got off the phone to exetel tech support :roll: still no speed upgrade 1.27 mbs >162 kBs hopeless , I might ring my local Telstra contact tomorrow and see if they even have a work order! :x

rebooted plenty of times on the modem no change as 3 minutes ago!

speed change still hasn't happened Has now thank you Exetel

I changed to the new plan FP/d1 on the 31st my exetel plan has changed but telstra hasn't upgraded my speed yet, how long does this usually take and is this long a wait normal and if not who do I contact, Ive done numerous reboots of my modem but am still at 1500/256!

Hi I'm on the adsl1 1500/256(TL-BA) plan and am thinking of changing to one of the new 8MB plans what fees will I be charged to switch (I'm off contract if that makes any difference)?
