I used to be on an old plan with 12gb downloads in peak time. I had it set to the shaped option. Since I woke up this morning (Jan 24), my connection hasn't been working. It won't load any websites, I can't use anything that requires internet access. exetel.com.au is the only website that works. I believe my connection may have been blocked because of my download quota or something similar, how...

Oh I wasnt aware I had to reboot my modem when I got unblocked, I'll keep that in mind for the future.

My internet hasnt been working since Monday night. My modem however has always had a green light for ADSL, and in the router settings it says its connected. Up until today, I could not access any websites, not even blocked.exetel.com.au/blocked.php. I called someone from support they said I was bloc...

Ok well I reset my modem and that fixed my problem. Anyone else experiencing this problem you should restart your modem!

I've found a few more websites that work.

www.ebay.com.au
www.heraldsun.com.au
www.theage.com.au

So it seems there are a few specific (Australian) sites that still work which is really weird. What could be causing this?

I can't load any websites except for exetel.com.au. This problem started at 9 am today. In my 3 years of using exetel this is the first time my connection hasn't worked. I haven't changed any settings on my modem or anything so I'm pretty sure it must be something on exetel's side...does anyone know...
