On the topic of advising a monthly average - yes, we will do that and it will be updated daily. The average quoted would be the average for the complete previous month. Can someone confirm which of these statements reflects how the averages will be calculated/displayed from December onwards please.

I think getting rid of excess charging in off peak time is a very beneficial thing to do....I can't believe that anyone thinks that isn't the case. If this is intended as a beneficial change for customers then I suggest the policy be amended to be 'three times the average monthly quota OR 60 gigabytes, whichever is greater' I'm assuming the possibility of three times the average being less than 60GB exists, and if this eventuates, the new chang...
