Fast way to get all invoices?

I have just cancelled my Dad's mobile broadband account (signed him up to the $5 ADSL2+ plan) and went through the arduous task of saving all the invoices for 2+ years of service.

Is the a quick way to have all past invoices sent to me?

Re: who do I contact for noise on wireline?

I will try and arrange an engineer to contact you as well to get this done. Thanks for the speedy service. I actually had 2 Exetel people call within the space of 30 minutes, I guess one from my support ticket and your good self. Had a Telstra person call me on Friday to sort it out (I was surprise...

Re: who do I contact for noise on wireline?

I'm having the same issue. Just submitted a support ticket (#4726895).

Luckily, my 'net is still working reasonably well, so I can make calls using my VoIP line, but it makes it hard for incoming calls.

Hopefully my problem can be fixed in a timely manner as well.

Re: Changing number of rings before voicemail

8 rings isn't much better, but I guess it's a little bit longer. I would appreciate it if you could change it to 8 rings please.

Is there a way to cancel my voicemail, and the $3/month fee, from my account portal?

Changing number of rings before voicemail

Hi All, I have just been switched over to an Optus-based plan with Optus telephone. I chose to spend the $3/month for voicemail, rather than having an answering machine. I used to use Telstra's 101 message service, and had it set to ring for 60 seconds before going to voicemail. Now, I find the defa...

Re: Change to AUP - Section (d)

If we perceive that our whole basis for being in business is being threatened by a tiny percentage of users we aren't going to meekly allow that to happen we are going to eliminate the problem. I don't think anyone would argue this point, although I am sure most would like to know the figures for t...

Re: Change to AUP - Section (d)

if you're downloading 170gb, 180gb, 200gb a month you're unprofitable to Exetel, and should be gone Whilst I do agree to some extent, you really can't blame users for taking advantage of what is on offer. If Exetel call their plans 'uncharged' then they have to know people will abuse it. It seems a...
