We are restoring the services one by one.

We suspect the issue is due to a bug in CISCO NTU devices.

Exetel engineers are investigating the matter.

There is no ETA at the moment.

We can see the L2/3 connectivity to all the corporate services now.

We will be checking the affected services one by one.

Residential Support lines are open till 11.00 PM. Call queues are low now as opposed to the time of the outage in ...

IVR is re-activated now. Agents are reciving calls.

Problem is fixed, but we will keep monitoring the links.

Impact

Internt was flapping and Agents were not receiving calls.

Event

We are experiencing an unplanned Outage for all the AAPT services in NSW.

Impact

All the corporate grade AAPT services will be affected.

We are currently following up with AAPT. More updates to follow.
