I'm going to change over to one of the OCV plans.

I know there is no plan change charge, but If I also opt for one of the mobile cap plans, do I still pay the $20 SIM/actiation charge that comes with the CAP plans ?

Two settings. DTMF Tx Method. DTMF Playback Length. Tx Method should be Auto in most cases. Playback Length is .25 JasonM, there does not seem to be a DTMF Playback Length in the PAP2T, but I changed the DTMF Tx Method to AUTO and it's now working as expected ! :D Thanks for your prompt help !

Phone banking - not recognise key responses

When I access automated telephone services (such as phone banking, etc), the automated system does not recognise my keystroke responses, eg. press 1 for balance, 2 for new accounts. This has happenend in the past week for Commonwealth Bank and Virgin Mobile. I've had Exetel VOIP for about 9 months n...

Sorry, my boo boo - I was dialing my old phone number (which happens to be my current Exetel account number).

VOIP works fine.
I've updated the HelpDesk ticket as well.
