Hi guys, our modem lost sync since 2 hours ago. I have tried power cycle, rebooting the modem, changing between pppoa and pppoe but still no luck. Can someone have a look for us please? Cheers I have run a line test but i cannot see any issues on it therefore I have done a reset to your connection....

Hi exetel I been have terrible issues with ping/jitter for a while now. normally pings around 30ms. But of late it's around 200ms to the closest servers. I have just run a line test on your connection and i cannot see any issues on it therefore I have done a reset on it too , would you please be able to see if this make any difference.
