Done a full power reset. Left modem with power source unplugged for 3 minutes. Reconnected. Waited 5 minutes before DSL light came solid. Tested internet and no speeds could be detected. In-between 2:30AM and 2:40AM we've had 3 disconnections where the modem disconnected and then reconnect with a 30 to 60 second period of usable internet between disconnections. We're also not using the "official" ZTE modem at the moment, so I'll check with that to make sure it's not our stuff.

Just got our NBN FTTN connected yesterday... We're on a 50/20 plan, but a fair distance from the node. The modem says it's sync speed is about 41mbps down and 9.1 up. Here's the query though - Speed tests are giving the full 9mbps upload (awesome), but the downloads cap out at exactly 25mbps... Has...
