The nbn connection come back after calling support. But speed is very slow. Download is 25m. Which can be tolerated. Upload is only 0.1mbps. Make everything very unstable. Working from home is not going to working If the speeds are still slow, perform few random speed tests via http://speedtest.exe...

Update --------- Our supplier advises that they have rebooted the OLT and most of the services are working now. Kindly power reboot your modem/ router, supplier device (NTD/ONT) and test the service. Some of the identified services are still not authenticating and they are individually investigating...

Update The outage is not fully restored and the services are now having authentication issue. Our wholesale supplier advises they are currently investigating the outage. Some services are restored by power rebooting the supplier ONT/NTD and the modem. Please check once with a reboot as mentioned, if...

It is almost exactly one year since I had the exact same problem. Do you still experience the issue when sending to hotmail and same domains?
