I now have the VOIP username and password and sip server but when I go into the Exetel (allegedly preconfigured router) and click on VOIP I cannot see where to insert these details so I still have no VOIP. I would have thought you could completely commoditise this whole process with a video or pdf....

Got them to further check this with the supplier network, and there appears to be an issue with the porting process now. Representative who is working on this in our provisioning department needs to contact you immediately, and therefore can you reply to the email we have sent or PM me an alternate ...
