Re: SMTP Relay Settings

Is there a solution to this problem? I had the same problem. Created a ticket #15782231. Was given setup details, which didn't work with Thunderbird. I tried the setup details with Operamail and Mailbird, but they worked with neither. Have now been told by Exetel that it's my responsibility to cont...

Re: Link: Not Connected

I'm afraid the firmware update did not resolve the issue for me. It appears to have installed successfully but I still see the link is not connected. I confirmed the APN is configured correctly in the mobile broadband configuration screen. Can you try performing a full factory reset on your router ...

Re: HFC NBN outage Again now at Greenwich NSW

There are only two types of network status updates: ADSL and Fiber. Which kind of connection type update shall I follow? Mine is HFC, not ADSL and not fiber apparently. As soon as we received the supplier information, we will posts on https://forum.exetel.com.au/viewforum.php?f=296 under the Curren...

Thanks, I have sent a PM
Appreciate your help in advance.
PM received and thank you for that. I have checked your service type and considering a HFC service, you may have to configure your new router for Ethernet WAN PPPoE with Exetel provided credentials.

Today, I received an SMS with ref no. 16005050 telling me that the supplier would resolve the problem and the problem was fixed this evening. However, the VOIP becomes u...

Re: Case 15992727

I sent a request to residentialsupport@exetel.com.au on info how to disconnect my clunky ADSL. Got the automated case email and the "we'll get back to you ASAP". 3-4 business days later no response - what gives? Is it not unreasonable for someone to send through an email and get a response within a...
