Can I have an explanation of what happens when I delete emails and empty the trash in Thunderbird and have my option set to remove emails from the server after 14 days. Finally worked out this problem. Before NBN all I had to do to get a call that was waiting was to press the call wait button and I was connected to the incoming waiting call. Now I have to press the call wait button and then press 2 to get the incoming waiting call, then if I press 1 I go back to th...

caller ID time wrong

Went on to the NBN in January and have noticed that my caller ID time is incorrect.
Am using the VOIP with the ZTE router and Uniden 2455 handset.
My global time setting is correct.
Been into the router but cannot see anywhere that the time is set or ask for.
Any ideas?

I have been informed that the Voip service is now active.
The modem still displays it as unregistered.
There is no phone led lite on the modem.
What is my next move?

voip registration

Have just been connected to NBN.
This part went ok.
However I cannot get any phone action, there is a dial tone but no incoming or outgoing calls.
I have the h268a modem.

You have the correct mobile phone number.
It is happening from a least 3 different types of phone.
and with local and national calls.
I have reset the phone and turned on all applicable function within the phone.

mms problem

I have just (1 month) ported over my mobile phone from Telstra to Optus.
It is an Iphone 4
I can send and receive MMS without any photo attachments but can only send with photo attachment.
That is, no matter what service is used, no MMS with an attached photo ever arrives.

Any help?

Missing invoice view

My last 2 invoices do not allow me to see them under the view option, in the accounts section, only as PDF'S.
I want to be able to cut and paste certain areas from my invoice into a format that I need.

The new look page provides no useful information for me.
It has a pretty look but I still require an itemised list.
Sometimes change is not needed.
