I have just been notified of a $220 incorrect call out fee. We have had some speed/connection issues and I had previously raised a ticket (most recent issue # 9090018). So lately, such as tonight, I've noticing some intermittent speed issues. Unlike my normal 12-13 megabits speeds, I've been getting really low download speeds which basically kills any attempts at streaming video. As the sync rate is good, this may be due to increased utilization during peak hours....

I am pretty mad. On the 5th June I got an email saying Exetel had tried to take their automated payment and it was rejected by my bank.
