Wow...

So, it means I will have up to 14 days without ADSL to use when I move from AAPT ADSL1 (or AAPT ADSL2+, whatever) to OCV plans?

Up to half month without ADSL to use is terrible. Could it be shorter?

Re: Price Increase For Out Of Contract Customers - Continued

Thank you, CoreyPlover I think there is some sort of confusion, are you currently on Telstra ADSL1 or AAPT ADSL2+? Your interpretation of the above comments is correct, but they are only applicable when moving from AAPT ADSL2+ to Optus ADSL2+. When moving from Telstra ADSL1 to Optus ADSL2+ no codes ...

It said : 4.Exetel's provisioning system checks to see when the AAPT codes are actually removed from your line (approximately 5 days)...

Re: Price Increase For Out Of Contract Customers - Continued

From my “change plan” website information, two kinds of plans are available for me. One is “A” plan and the other is “O” plan. So, this means AAPT and Optus are two providers in my exchange. My landline provider is Telstra. If I change to “A30” plan, it means I still have my Telstra as my landline ...

Re: Price Increase For Out Of Contract Customers - Continued

I am with ADSL1 and would like to change to “A30” plan. According to the "change plan" website, this plan is a “ADSL2 (no telephone)” plan. Can I change to “A30” plan and still keep my existing landline (telephone)? Yes. This is exactly what happens when moving from ADSL1 to an A plan. Provided you...

According to the "change plan" website, this plan is a “ADSL2 (no telephone)” plan. Can I change to “A30” plan and still kee...

Re: Move to ADSL2+

Thank you, JasonM, for your kindly answer. You can change plan with Exetel to any other plan of the same service type. If you signed up to ADSL2+, a new 12 Month contract would apply. Are you saying the same "speed" type or "ADSL" type? Netcomm NB1 is not ADSL2+ capable. I tried to find more informa...
