disgraceful VOIP wait time

We switched over from Exetel ADSL2 to Exetel NBN in March. Our landline has been off for a week and still no VOIP! We were advised that our landline would be switched off and the average time for this could be as long as two days whilst the VOIP through the Exetel supplied modem (ZTW H268A) is activ...

Re: Change of Plan Query

We are in an area where there is only a Telstra exchange, and on the Exetel ADSL2+ TE-2E plan and a Telstra homeline phone account, but no longer under contract with either provider. We would like to change to the a new plan, do we: 1. have to pay any "Connection/Transfer fee"? 2. have to pay any "A...

Re: unusual excessive use

Thanks for the reply

Can you explain why the table in the useage section does not agree with the chart? the table says we have used over 200g in peak and 118.4 in offpeak yet the graph shows much lower?

Re: Modem recommendations

I had a netcomm nb6plus4w for two years and it was a POS. First the cat5 connections failed one by one until only one was left working and if power went off it would take up to an hour before it would work. The LAN would sometimes take forever to transfer files after the other three connections fail...

Exetel users are "malicious"

Not my opinion, but of a NRL forum http://www.nrlfix.com/forum/test/cmps_index.php When I tried to look at this site I got an "IP banned" message, when i enquired to the forum admin as to why my IP is banned because I have never been there before I got this reply from their webmaster: Most of EXETEL...

Re: Speeds worse since moving to telstra ADSL2
