Hi,

To help speed it along I went out and pick up the modem. I am now running the Internet connection through the NetComm NB6Plus4W.

Let me know what you'd like to do if you have time in the next couple hours. :)

Hi Shamin,

Thanks for the help tonight. I have now sent through a copy of my Cisco configuration the the residential support email address. I'll also get my alternate Netcomm modem up and running so we can run through more tests tomorrow night.

Hi, I have tested another modem (a brand new NetComm NB6Plus4W). I installed it as in an isolation test where there were no other devices using the phone line. It experienced the same issue. It showed a sync speed of 6,000Kbits/sec, but actual download speeds showed about 70Kbits/sec. When the Telst...

Hi, I just received a text message saying that because no fault was found on the line by the Telstra technician, my case would be close. The speed issue still exists. Please do not close the case. I am convinced there is a problem at your end. Please review once again ASAP. I will not pay for an ADS...

Just to update you. The Telstra tech has been on site and run his tests. He advised there were no problems on the premises.
