NBN Notification of Service Installation

I've been advised by NBN.Co that my property will be connected sometime between the 6th of June and the 26th of October. As I'm an existing customer, is there anything I need to do, or do Exetel get informed and automatically switch me over, or what?

Shehan, many thanks just tested and speeds are back to normal approx 10mbps/1mbps which is fairly standard considering my distance from the exchange, again you guys come through!

There were quitre a few isues but only affecting my connection, as per usual the support staff went above and beyond to rectify the problem, it's a pity Optus don't have the same customer focused ethic that Exetel does, they'd be a more profitable and larger telcecoms company instead of a second str...

I like being informed that I've used I've 50% of my MBB quota, but i just received message number 15 this evening trekking me exactly the same thing, and because Communication from you if important to me, you're on my VIP contact list, which gets through my DND facility... Meaning i get a LOUD txt ...

No internet, connecting just no internet

Have done all isolation tests, restarted everything a dozen times, I don't have any Internet. Have all the right lights flashing on the modem, even tried a another two modems, all to no avail.

Regardless of mobile or fixed connection, I'm getting load screens that I never saw before, "unable to connect" notifications, "page does not exist" when I know it does (yours for example), things like being in a banking session and getting a "requested page timed out" within seconds of logging on. ...

Been happening all morning, in Reservoir (north of Northcote - same area? that is, yesterday's service issue impacting still today?) after rebooting router get 5 mins of healthy speed then it falls off to nothing, reboot achieves speed with attendant fall within 5 minutes
