Hi, I have been a long term user of Exetel and have been pleased with the service provided. Recent cost changes to the WP5 Premuim 3G Plan are not acceptable to me and I am looking for an alternative. I am on a WI C 2gb prepaid plan with voip and wish to upgrade to a WP5 5gb prepaid plan with voip.

How do I go about this ?

Drop into the user facility at https://www.exetel.com.au/members/voip_modify_service_form.php, and remove the bar on international calls. Error 401 is usually a bad login name/password when connecting to a server. The Exetel VoIP server login name is your 10 digit DID (number) and the password is a jumble of letters given to you when the account was opened. It is case sensitive. You can use the same VoIP account on two different platforms and it will not be a problem. But Exetel does not recommend the use of single VoIP number on two devices at the same time.
