Re: Lost one exemail email address?
Some kind of warning sent to the main contact email would be nice.

Re: Price Increase For Out Of Contract Customers - Continued
So I sign up to OCV200 and get a new PSTN number, if I don't port my VOIP number back to PSTN soon after will it complicate or eliminate the ability to port in the future? Will I still be able to port at any time by contacting provisioning and will it cost any more than if I do it now?

Re: SOLVED: 7404VNPX outbound local calls engaged
I'm still having this problem and have to use the redial button to get past the engaged signal. This is with pstn number ported to voip, Billion 7404VGPX, caller id enabled and no problems until the last few weeks.

Re: Can't make Calls
I've been a VOIP customer since May and experienced the same problem for the first time today with a setup I haven't touched for months. It happened with 7 different calls in a row, I found that after making the call and getting the engaged tone, I could get it to work only by hitting the redail but...

Re: Change to VOIP call forward system
I just checked my members facility and was surprised to find the number in the call forwarding box had disappeared. I made a test call and confirmed call forwarding wasn't working so I tried to re-enter the number but it didn't appear to stick and wouldn't work. After discovering this post I entered...

Re: VOIP call forwarding
I spoke too soon. After further testing the 'ghost forwarding' I described only occurs in a three minute window after the modem (Billion 7404VGPX) is turned off, some kind of timeout apparently. This doesn't happen when SIP is unregistered in the modem settings and the modem restarted, only when a r...

Re: VOIP call forwarding
When a forwarding number is assigned in the Member Facilities: Line free --> call not forwarded and rings through normally. Line busy --> call forwarded. Line unregistered --> no ring and the call times out, after this a ghost call is forwarded with the correct caller ID but no caller. Forwarding wh...

Re: Minimum activity
Can someone please confirm that the cancellation due to inactivity does not apply to post-paid plans? I can understand it applying to pre-paid plans but it is completely illogical for post-paid plans like the $5/month plan the OP mentioned. This could be better clarified on the order form by explici...

Re: Wireless Internet Included In ADSL Plan Prices
Wireless backup really should be an integral part of naked dsl to make up for the shortcomings of being naked with no CSG or direct contact with Telstra. This way the service remains operable when the line is down, albeit more expensive (voip less affected) and online customer support is still acces...
