all there new plans are back to 12.am to 12pm now as far as I know so you have the full 12 hours of offpeak.

I have been with exetel for around 4 years and I would love unlimited download. I think they have the best plans anyway. there arent many companys out there that come close. So I would be one of the first to take up the unlimited for sure.
