Re: Slow Speeds

It's has almost been three weeks, the issue is still occurring, and no updates. What's going on?

Re: Slow Speeds

Speeds are terrible again, 1.3Mbit/s down, I'll lodge a fault ticket now.

It appears to be fine this morning, I'm getting around 18Mbit/s down. I'll try again later today.

Slow Speeds

Ever since late July I've been having terrible speeds and dropouts. Though it was fine for a couple days ( July 28th, 29th ), but now it's has gone terrible again.

On average I get 18MBit/s, but I'm only getting around 3.5Mbit/s. And that's a best case scenario, it's fluctuating pretty randomly.

Re: Off Peak Periods

I wouldn't mind sacrificing quota if the time was extended.

Re: Telstra ADSL2

Also in the same position, I've turned off my router for ~20 Mins, still no change. Is Telstra just taking there sweet time, or could something be wrong? It was put through on the 1st, there's a request for the 7th to change over the port to one which is ADSL2+ capable. That's good news, but that's...

Will my plan update before next month?

I applied for an ADSL2 plan via Telstra a couple weeks ago, and I want to know if my plans quota will change before next month ( November ).

How long to activate

I swapped from an 8mbit to an ADSL2 via Telstra on the 7th, and it still isn't active. Will it activate on the 1st of the next month, or whenever Telstra feels like it? I only ask as my 1.5mbit was upgraded to 8mbit within a week.

Re: Latency randomly fluctuating

No other applications were using bandwidth, that was just an example when it jumps up. This is when it's normal. Latency randomly fluctuating

Lately my latency has been randomly jumping up, and whenever I'm playing online, it's a real problem.
