Re: Another Slow Speed Issue

Ok i have no idea how to explain this but the problem is fixed. I had tested with a friends modem but the speed was slow. My modem is by linksys and my friends modem is also linksys. After hours of not getting the proper speed by calling the technical support staff i decided to buy the cheapest poss...

Re: Additional Plans

I have some new plans available on my members section but they seem incorrect or something. http://img862.imageshack.us/img862/7616/57365716.th.jpg It shows a monthly line rental charge. Is that correct? Im already with Telstra so why is there a monthly charge? Also my last contract ended a very lon...

Re: Pair Gain and TCV20-200

Not sure if I am missing something here but my understanding is that ADSL is not available on pair gain per se as ADSL requires at least 2 pairs of wires. Re: Pair Gain and TCV20-200

Ok Here you go.... The ADSL 2 service which you initially inquired about is provided through our supplier Telstra wholesale and we advised that this ADSL 2 plan cannot be provided at this time as there are no free ports available at the exchange at this time. The address qualification can be done f...

Re: Pair Gain and TCV20-200

Is there a way i can check if there are any ports available in my area myself? Is there are website that can display it? There is no such website which can tell you if there is enough ports available for you BUT you can call Exetel provisioning on 0280301000 Option 3 and get them to check the avail...
