Sometimes I wonder how bright some of the Exetel people are- my line has had a engaged tone for 7 days now and still no pstn - will be requesting a credit for lack of service

ther seems to be a lot of confusion on call forwarding - your information contradicts the information below that I was given via a ticket from exetel helpdesk. I have tried using the 0112x on "a" line with x being "b" line, when I phone "a" all I get is a engaged tone - it still does not work. There...

that's great that you will have a user's guide for this feature - but do yoyu have a user guide for something simple like call forwarding that is actually correct and that your staff know!!!!

Thanks for that, I have already tried unregistering the line but the calls will still not forward - even though exetel have this on their website -

"Call forwarding works even if the voip is not registered or when you failed to answer the call".

Call Forwarding Exetel voip service support call forwarding from the server end. That means you need to configure your call forwarding number in your member facility or by dialing certain codes through your voip phone.
