Re: General question: Instant payment

Thanks for considering instant payments.

As long as it's "on the radar" to be done, I am happy.

Hi, Klaas. > I'd be curious to know your reasoning for this statement. The majority of people are not as organised as y...

Re: General question: Instant payment

Thanks.

At least I know now that I didn't miss something!

Exetel: Please implement an instant "pay now" feature, like all other ISP's.

General question: Instant payment

Hi.

I would like to pay SOME of my account right now, this second, from my (already-registered) credit card.

Is there a button anywhere on your Exetel website that I can click to "Pay Now" and then asks me for an amount?

I couldn't find one?

Is it even possible????

Thanks

Re: Barring of Premium SMS Feature - Congrats

It's *NOT* a rip-off. A few unscrupulous **SMS PROVIDERS** rip off people. It doesn't mean the functionality is bad. It means some SMS Providers are bad. The majority of Premium providers do not rip people off. The majority of Premium SMS's sent are competitions. Premium SMS are often the only way y...

Re: Optus does not provide Exetel's customers with Support.

I've asked someone to try and help you. Thanks. Optus has absolutely no responsibilities for Exetel customers and vice versa. Optus give you raw-billing data, as it is their systems, which you then rebill to your Customers. And Optus have calculated a wrong amount, which only they and their team un...

Re: Optus does not provide Exetel's customers with Support.

Paul,

Please read Exetel Helpdesk#: PCY-26794-555 and you will see everything.

I thought I said this on my first post? What extra do you want me to PM?

My unanswered question is:

Why did Optus/Exetel bill $7.50 for a $5 amount?

Optus does not provide Exetel's customers with Support.

Hello. I am a Exetel Business customer, and am happy with the Exetel's service & functionality (especially of your EXCELLENT web features, allowing you yourself to configure nearly everything you ever need!), & Exetel's Invoicing. However, I logged a call with Exetel (PCY-26794-555) on the 3rd of Ma...

Re: Exetel overcharging for ME2U service

Hi, Jason. You are with Exetel for service, and you are transferring to an Optus retail customer. I would have thought it shouldn't be possible (as Exetel doesn't offer a "Me2U" service). Yeah, I know :-) But it indeed worked correctly, the Optus system let me do it & Exetel billed me. But Exetel sh...

Re: Exetel overcharging for ME2U service

I was unaware that you were able to use ME2U with Exetel. Yep, definately can and has been done! You have use the Optus ZOO website. I may be way off here but there looks to be an open-ended 'charge' in the Terms and Conditions... I suspect the ME2U service may fall under the "On Request - Ad hoc, ...

Re: Exetel overcharging for ME2U service

They might have charged you a surcharge for using a non Optus retail service. Yep, I have just emailed Billing as suggested. Last time I emailed them, it took them 7 days total to get back to me - and that was their 4th week "quiet" period. Always pays to ask in Forums first, in my humble opinion. ...

Exetel overcharging for ME2U service

Hello. I recently used the OptusZOO site to transfer $5 using ME2U from my Exetel HSPA Optus service to another Optus customer. The $5 Transfer went through correctly and she got her $5 credit. Yet, I was charged $7.50 by Exetel: "2010-04-21 20:37:09 04XXXXXXXX OptusZooMe2U Me2UTransfer 0:00:01 $7.5...
