Call redirect is indeed #78, however this feature is not active for my service.

Also the handset is placed in its cradle.

I think this has only started to occur in the last week or so, but I can call out with the phone without any problems, but most of the time I will not be able to receive any calls (seems intermittent as 1 call did go through 2 days ago but now when I try the phone doesn't ring and I only hear dialli...
