Update

Our Wholesale Supplier advises this issue has been resolved on 23/08 at 6.44pm.

Root cause has been identified to be a hardware failure.

Our Supplier confirms that services are now partially restored. However NBNCo. is currently working to restore all remaining services.

We are unable to provide an ETR for these remaining services at this stage.

Service returned to normal....... Seems a bit weird that they'd take an entire region out for over 24 hours with no notification.
