It appears Berkeley Vale POI was on one of the 37 fibres they repaired between the 11:30am and 4:20pm updates.

Hi,
It appears that services in the Berkeley Vale area came back up 15 minutes ago.
I doubt thy'd have repaired all the cut fibres as yet, but at least the're repaired the fibre servicing that area.

Poor NBN download speeds in Kariong
Hi, Is there a reason a reason download speeds on the NBN in Kariong are so bad at the moment? I usually get download speeds of about 75Mbps when testing against Exetel's Speedtest server but today I'm getting less than 10Mbps. Here is a screenshot of my most recent speedtest. 2019-03-23.png Les

Hi,
It appears the issue might now be resolved as we are now able to make and receive calls. The outage appeared to be about 30 minutes based on our PBX logs as we first started getting SIP Trunk errors at 11:55.

Is there currently an issues with VoIP services are we are experiencing issues with making and receiving calls our corporate VoIP service and I'm also experiencing issues calling the Exetel corporate support number from my mobile.

Chrome 66 reports that the SSL Certificate for the Forum isn't trusted as they've revoked support for old Symantec certificates.
Can someone get the admins to get your certificate re-issued by Symantec and deployed to the forum?

I'm now in my 15th year as an Exetel customer.
This week I upgraded my service from ADSL to NBN FTTN and as part of the upgrade I was assigned a new account.
Is the Pioneer discount applicable to NBN services?
Can it be transferred from my ADSL account to my NBN account?
