Re: Connection cutover issues
Well, with no connection and one and a half hours to go until this third activation date lapses, I'm really hoping the exetel providers pull through! Unfortunately I've found out that my wife has been charged an extra $50 worth of data charges on her mobile phone because we've had to use it in lieu...

Please could you PM me your service number and I'll get this done for you.david256 wrote:Hi James,
I have already put in the request for the 28/02/2013 can you change this to the 1st/03/2013.
I mistakenly thought my contract would end 28/02/2013 at 23.59 pm, which would be 12 months or 365 days.
Thanks David

Re: New Plans
I am currently on an old mobile plan Z8 & received an email advising that plans are changing with prices also going up and we have till the 30th to change over. I looked at renewing my service on the new M8 plan which is the exact same plan as Z8 but there is a Plan Change Fee of $25 & if I will be...

Re: Nano Sim
That's what Apple's website says. I know the iPhone 5 takes a new Nano SIM but it was the "HSPA" part in the description that I was wondering about. Anyway, I placed an order for the "HSPA NANO SIM" and received an e-mail stating: "Delivery of your modem will normally take approximately four busine...

Re: bill issue....
I need some help with my latest invoice. I check my invoice and i realize there are a charge of $59.00. Re: Billing Multiple Services
I currently have an ADSL service, but am planning on purchasing a mobile service in the near future also. Will the two services be billed together and combined into one invoice, as to avoid being charged a credit card surcharge twice? Thanks. If you apply for the mobile service via the ADSL members...

Re: ADSL only -> ADSL + Telephone
Well, the Move Service has been an unmitigated disaster. I scheduled a move service for Wed 25/7 (in order to move my ADSL from one number to another at my workplace to get it away from a number in rotary) so that I could port it to Exetel. On Thursday, 26/7 at 2.53pm, I received notification from ...

Re: Changing from ADSL to NBN
When you change to fibre once its available, if the ADSL has to be disconencted, you will get charged $100 for disconnecting within contract. That seems a bit harsh to change from one Exetel service to another. Is that the only cost I will be up for to change from ADSL to Fibre? The exact cost cann...

Re: Changing from ADSL to NBN
My current ADSL plan is about to expire and I am set to renew it for another twelve months however construction of the NBN is set to start early next year in my suburb. My question is will I be charged for changing my ADSL plan and moving to an NBN plan when it is available? I have asked a sales co...
