Re: Exetel Mobile Plan Specials for July

Yeah.. Funny how i get an email when i make things a bit more public.

The plan doesnt include MMS with SMS unlimited.. MMS are .50c each

makes the plan even less value.

I'm off to LIVEconnected for my mobile plan. Cheers!

Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers

The email I got did not mention HSPA, only ADSL. Do I get a price increase, or am I forced to change plans also ? The MoIP option is good, but a bit of a joke when a speed test reveals up and download speeds of around 0.25 Mb/s . Apparently at least 1.5 download is needed for VoIP or MoIP, so it's ...

When i go to 'options' and set my peak and offpeak to say 100gb for each.. there is a notice there: Because you have an UNLIMITED account your offpeak period is between the hours of 7pm – 7am. You will be...

Re: ADSL Plans/$10 - $25 Per Month Discounts

Bundling was created when VoIP became popular.

I'll stick with my VoIP provider and avoid bundling, its cheaper.

Re: 8192/384 Plan Parameters

We are considering upgrading the 8192/384 plans as part of the exercise of introducing Telstra ADSL2 plans in the near future. Generally speaking this means that Telstra ADSL2 will become available on some 1,200 exchanges where the overwhelming bulk of Exetel's current 8192/384 are located. We are ...

Re: Off Peak Periods

Is there THAT much of updates and patches and firmware that you need that requires you to monitor the allowance for it?? Last i saw firmware was like less than a MB for example...
