I am on D/22NOTEL Plan Naked ADSL2+ / VOIP, if I change to the OCV200 plan with Optus phone line, can I get the same phone line number as my current VOIP number?

Hi, I have created free web space and uploaded site, but when I try use https:// to access, it shows need certificate. Does exetel server has this installed or do I need request the certificate from exetel? anyone have a idea?
