New nano sim activation

I just got a new phone and picked up a nano sim from the local optus shop to replace my current micro sim. Is there anybody there that can change it over for me without waiting 3 days for a replacement in the mail? The lady at the optus shop said it should be as easy as me supplying the 13 digit num...

Blackberry on CAP19

Hi,

I've had an exetel/optus CAP19 for a while now. My handset expired and I just got bought a Blackberry to replace it. Calls and text work but is there any way to get the browser to work with the CAP19 plan or do I have to change to a blackberry plan?

Problem is now solved. Just to clarify, in case somebody else has the same situation... I held off clicking activate because there was no reference to the number I wanted to port, only the new number. I sent an email to enquire. I got an email back saying my service had been modified to include the ...

I can log in fine.. and i understand you log in with the new service details, but I thought if I was porting my number it would show some details ...

Hi, I got my usim in the mail and logged in with the emailed username/password.. i can't see any option for porting my number, only 'select additional services' 'voip yes/no' and 'ACTIVATE'. Is it something that you do after clicking activate? or those who have ported.. was it something you had the ...
