Re: Price Increase For Out Of Contract Customers - Continued
The following variations of the same statement were posted in the previous thread "From ForumAdmin: 2) If you have paid for a plan change since October 1st 2010 then any charge made will be credited against any charge incurred in signing for a new plan this month. 2) If you have been charged for a p...

Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers
I think there's been a change to the wording since I posted what you replied to. I waiting for clarification on which is the correct wording below: "From ForumAdmin: 2) If you have paid for a plan change since October 1st 2010 then any charge made will be credited against any charge incurred in sig...

Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers
I was charged $40 on Jan 1 this year, but if I go to OT30 under a new 12 month contract there is no charge for "plan change". Does that mean there is nothing to credit against so I have lost my $40? If you choose to do that, then yes. But you may as well choose the $40 option, this will get credite...

Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers
Sorry, I'm getting confused with this large thread. I've seen the following re-quoted and just want to know which one is the correct one? From ForumAdmin: "2) If you have paid for a plan change since October 1st 2010 then any charge made will be credited against any charge incurred in signing for a ...

Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers
This email seems to suggest that our *new* plan will increase by $10? unless we change *again* to another plan and pay yet AGAIN to change??! See https://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?p=286142#p286142 (and there are other posts that say the same thing) As a response to several people asking "We...

Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers
From Forumadmin "2) If you have paid for a plan change since October 1st 2010 then any charge made will be credited against any charge incurred in signing for a new plan this month."
Does that mean my $40 will be credited if I sign up to say OT30 for 12 months?

Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers
David - I'm in the same situation as you. In December I changed my plan to the OTAA plan and I had the option to remain out of contract and pay $40 or I could go on another plan for 12 months and pay $20 plan change fee. Like you I opted to pay the extra to remain out of contract because the OTAA pa...
