Re: Still haven't got internet

I feel your pain... I feel like Exetel are torturing me. I got FTTC self-install kit SIX DAYS AGO with immediate problems, and have only been able to speak to a real person this morning! - The 133938 IVR's "Press 7 now to get a call back" has NEVER worked for me. (I've tried about 4 times, different...

Re: IPv6 Availability for Residential Users

Unfortunately we do not have a documentation for this. As on the referred thread if you need this you may drop an email to corporatesupport@exetel.com.au with your service number, contact details and your requirement we can advise you further. Done! Squarefanatic, did anything come of your enquiry?...

Re: Android Usage Widget

That's cool. I am with vodafone for data and working on a similar widget to read my plan usage from their servers. (And their system is nowhere as easy as exetel's is!) I found that apps that measure data use from the phone (a) don't exactly match up, and (b) can't or don't keep up with the complex ...

Re: Android Usage Widget

I've been using Call Meter NG for android which has been fine. Okay, but they measure quite different things. My widget shows data published by Exetel about your billed residential ADSL internet connection. The Call Meter NG/3G widget displays the phone-measured GSM/3G usage. Both widgets do use a ...

Could it be this? http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=1233 (internal db corruption when receiving some MMS messages)

Re: Re:Queensland Flooding Status

Thanks Exetel staff! I live a little way south of Brisbane and am just amazed at how minor this week's outages have been. I was able to remain productive from my semi-isolated home on Wednesday and still access servers in Fortitude Valley, if you can believe it. So, thumbs up and a big thank-you :D
