The updates section of the Ubuntu mirror seems to have stopped at some months ago:

Could it be restored when you get a chance please?

I have a ZTE268A which suddenly won't allow me to log on as admin or user. perhaps the password file has become corrupted. If I perform a factory reset with the reset button, will the preconfigured settings be lost? Thank you.

Yes, updated nicely on the weekend.

One bonus from it falling behind: I missed the Spectre/Meltdown update which caused boot problems on 16.04 (since rectified).

Dear Sys Admin, My attempts to update Ubuntu 16.04 are failing. On examination, it seems that this is because DEP-11 directories can't be found. These have apparently been introduced with 16.04, and it seems that a reconfig of apt-mirror is required. See, for example,: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubu...

It seems to me that everything under the directory at http://mirror.exetel.com.au/pub/ubuntu/ubuntu/dists/ has not been updated since October 2010.
