James, the new service has been setup successfully, thank you.

Re: Cancellation / New Activation
Excellent James, that's definitely a better outcome. I wasn't too concerned about the ADSL service, I was more concerned about telephony, ie. simply plug and use. I've already set the cancellation date to end of contract. I will email provisioning@exetel.com.au to have outbound calls disabled. Thanks.

Re: Cancellation / New Activation
Ouch. I guess there's no way around it. I don't want the new tenants using the service and possiblly accumulate unwanted fees. How do I ensure the service is cancelled effective immediately? Hi Guys, I've got a pickle. Been emailing back/forth and haven't received adequate responses so thought I'd try this forum. Goal: Relocating service without incurring early termination fees. I was under contract so advised to submit new application and cancel existing service at the end of contract....

Appears the same thing has happened to me.
Will I incur plan change fees and contract restart if I plan change to one of the ADSL2+ BYO plans?

Curiously, are you guys still on ADSL1 plans?
If not, what plan are you currently under?

Re: Changing plan...
I think you have to submit the change before the 26th.
Plan changes to a lower plan (same speed) does not attract a new contract however, do you retain account (pioneer) discounts?

Hi, I have just joined and subsequently just started using the mini meter. I like it - so simple. Just one question: The Peak Remaining is 0 and always has been, yet I'm on a RX 2T plan (which the meter shows in the top left) and have only downloaded 265mb. Is there a setting I need to fix to show ...

This is very optimistic, but has anyone managed to get Net Usage meter (http://netusage.mozdev.org/) to work under firefox 2?
I was really enjoying the daily usage reports; the display was very simple and elegant.
