APN for new 'V' plans

I'm confused about whether the new 'V' plan is a Mobile plan or 'HSPA' plan. When signing up to the new 'V' plan, all documentation stated 'HSPA', but I am changing from a standard Vodafone 'Mobile' plan. Which is it? I want this clear so that I can use the correct APN for the new 'V' plan - I'm not...
