Re: Allow "Change VOIP Service" Function for Non Exetel IP's

Hi,

Thanks for the replies.

So if the net is down, and the modem fails over to Telstra 4G, the exetel network wont accept the Telstra IP as its outside its network?

Thus the voip wont work?

The reason I ask is because I currently have 2x ADSL2+ Services at the same premises. 1x is dedicated to Email/General usage and 1x is dedicated to the Exetel...

I am currently in the process of moving the following Services to Exetel - 2 x ADSL2+ Connections ( 1 x B31 package & 1x B33 Package) = $49 + $59 Per Month - SIP Trunk from MyNetFone t...

Re: Business ADSL2 Plans

I understand "Business" you need more of a "business grade" But there is still a market out there for small businesses, e.g. small home office or a retailer that just need the internet for email etc. I only need it for VoIP for outgoing calls and just email, so getting a "Business Grade" is a waste....

Business ADSL2 Plans

Dear Exetel,

I was just wondering if you could revise the Business ADSL2 Plans that are currently available. It's been awhile since I checked, but there are only ADSL1 or Naked DSL Plans available at present. Can you consider bring back the Business ADSL2 plans with line rental bundling?
