Re: Regent Honeyeater Updates
Update: Report for January - February 2013 • Seed collection issues: Andie did germination trials on lots of our older seed stocks to see if they were still viable. The hard-coated seeds like peas and wattles are very long lasting, but the finer/fluffy seeds can deteriorate in a few years. So we've ...

Re: New NBN plans - Sneak Peek
Our NBN buy prices are much more than our ADSL buy prices. So are the current prices "introductory" ones for the first phase of roll-out? I'm not trying to compare the prices to ADSL, just comparing the new NBN plan prices to the current NBN plan prices. Hi Mort, Yes that is correct. The introducto...

Exetel Sponsorship for Regent Honeyeater Project Report for September - October 2012 • Planting successes for the year We've been busy planting all winter and spring, working our way down the catchment from the rocky hills that dry out most quickly, to the moister soils on the plains. Our community...

Re: Changing DSL supplier in Tasmania...
If I could direct you to Exetel's Facebook page, there is an entry there provided by the person/people, who have access to the page, which states: "Exetel Pty Ltd...where you have requested to extend the ETC period, we are happy to extend it hence there will be no termination fees applied to the ac...

Re: Change in Wholesale Supplier - Email on 3rd Oct 2012
We have done a preliminary service check and all the customers that have been contacted via email fall in AAPT DSLAM coverage. OK, I've been contacted, and my exchange (Maitland) does indeed have a Chime DSLAM with available ports (which I presume is providing the AAPT services), but as mentioned i...

Change in Wholesale Supplier - Email on 3rd Oct 2012
Hi everyone, There are a handful of customers who would have received notifications via email on 3rd October 2012 relating to wholesale supplier changes which will be carried out from 24th/25th October 2012 onwards. For those customers in Tasmania - Exetel is changing our ADSL wholesale backhaul pro...

Re: Changing DSL supplier in Tasmania...
It is not a DSLAM change. Exetel will be changing their ADSL wholesale backhaul provider in Tasmania from Telstra to AAPT. Your ADSL service and phone line will still be provided via Telstra DSLAM and Exchange Infrastructure. Your Exetel retail plan pricing and contract term will not change. We have...

Re: fetchtv?
We are currently undergoing discussions with our supplier and waiting on pricing and legal paperwork that will allow us to resell the service. We are looking at QuickFlix as an option instead of FetchTV, they are very similar in nature. Hopefully sometime later on this year it will be a viable optio...

Re: Can't change plan in member facility?
Until the Opticomm plans are listed on the Members Facility - we can arrange a plan change via a backend process. Please email piyumik@exetel.com.au with your current plan name and your desired plan name and speed that you wish you upgrade to. Please note that a plan change fee of $50.00 applies and...
