Hi Guys, We will be moving to our new place on the 20th of April. So we have to either terminate/resign or relocate our connection . got charged for old account after relocation
Hi Guys, Just realised I got charged for the 28/07 to 28/08 period on my old plan AZ-1Tb and a prorata July fee on the new plan AZ-A after relocation. I feel it is a mistake made by the system. I am power cycling the modem now.
I can see a successful ntp request in my modem log at around the time you reset the port for us, but LCP
went down again soon after.
Hopefully port reset will resolve my issue.

lost sync 2 hours ago
Hi guys, our modem lost sync since 2 hours ago. I have tried power cycle, rebooting the modem, changing between pppoa and pppoe but still no luck. Can someone have a look for us please? Cheers

Hi just want to inform you guys that optus ADSL 2 seems to be down too, not sure if it's related to the Telstra outage here but weather is awful outside. I am on the toowong exchange. Cheers
