Re: Changing from a Voice+MBB plan to a BYO 'S' plan

I have an old Tier 2 MBB + voice plan, which I would like to change to a BYO 'S" plan. As I can't see any way of doing this on your website, I emailed residential sales. They suggested that I move to another provider, then move back. Is that really the best way? Thanks, Tom Hi Tom, I have replied t...

I'm trying to be a loyal exetel customer here guys...

Re: Offpeak times in CP

Hi, I've noticed recently that in my CP there is no mention of OffPeak Times. Before it was listed with the hours as well as showing when I was in OffPeak or Peak via the useage bars. Now there is nothing, no mention of OffPeak hours anywhere. I seem to be in Peak all the time. I've been on this pl...

Re: Application for moving

I tried to apply again. Once I check the boxes for the agreements and enter my address and hit search, all I get is a page telling me to check the status page. The status page has not change. I've tried multiple browsers too. Am I doing something wrong? Please send us an email to residentialsales@e...

Will these plans include a VoIP number as well or some other telephony option?
You can go for a VOIP service with all NBN packages. You also get a free VoIP DID Number with every RV (Residential VoIP) plan.
