By dropping the sync rate u mean reducing the download speed?

I am advised that my problem has been solved. It seems that the speed is restored back to normal speed but the frequent disconnection issues still occurs.

I'm still having the same problem. Disconnection at least twice daily.

I am advised that my problem regarding frequent disconnection is restored but it seems that my disconnection still happens, not as frequent as before though. So i wonder what is done actually?

The problem is getting worse as these 2 days my connection speed is extremely slow. Speedtest results show that my speed is only 1mbps or lower. Sometimes i couldn't even load webpage

The modem is definitely getting good airflow because I just put it right on my table. I've already tried disconnecting every single cable n replug but it seems that the disconnection still continues. =/
