Re: Porting still not complete!
Hi Jim, Unfortunately this is being delayed due to an outage with the activations on mobile services. This is quite a large issue and is currently being looked into for a permanent fix, but we do not have an ETR yet. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Thanks Angelos, I'm very surprised to hear...

Porting still not complete!
Hello, I've been waiting for a week to get my mobile number ported from Telstra to Exetel. I have provided the correct account number twice, but it is still not going through. Each time I ring I'm told to wait 24hrs. The phone number is 0488xxxxxx under account ID 194917. Can someone look into this ...

Business detailed usage page stuck on old dates
Hello,
When I load the detailed usage page in our business members area (https://www.exetel.com.au/business_memb ... etails.php) it is stuck on showing usage from 28 July to 27 August 2014.
Can this be fixed?

Block sending of caller ID per call, SPA112
Sorry if this has been asked somewhere else, but I need to block sending caller ID, on a per call basis. Using a Cisco SPA112. The VOIP DID was ported from PSTN so I can't disable it in the member facilities, and dialling *67 doesn't work (just gives engaged tone for all subsequent calls and require...

VOIP Address book doesn't work
On the VOIP voice address book page in the business member's facility (https://www.exetel.com.au/business_memb ... s_book.php), entering a number and name and clicking 'Add' results in a 404 error - https://www.exetel.com.au/business_memb ... s_book.php

Exetel now offers time travel?
http://www.exetel.com.au/a_network.php
Just noticed the last outage for "System issues" is showing 06 December 2012.
Please advise when Exetel will be making its proprietary time travel technology available to its customers. If there is a closed beta program I am very keen to be included.

Re: Unlimited ADSL2 Plans
We've just signed up for the B31 business unlimited Optus ADSL2+ plan. I can't find anywhere in the T&Cs what sort of conditions there are on download usage - do Exetel jack up when we use over 50GB, 500GB or 5TB, or what?
