Hi amorison, If you are dropping a call exactly after 5.20 is triggered by a timeout. Which means your ATA might not be receiving an ACK packet which is needed to keep the call going. We have stopped deleting voicemails after 7 days. We have just updated the exewiki. [Thank you for pointing that out]

You will have to call in or email helpdesk so we could delete all your voicemails as we need customer confirmation. Refer Ticket ID: 7760237

Never resolved. Some mobile broadband services(Layer 3) are incompatible with VoIP traffic.
