I received a phone call today from Exetel telling me that there had been no dropouts for 4 days so what ever was causing them, is fixed. Dropouts and name server question

I'm getting multiple dropouts in the evening and I think they may be related to my modem settings or rather those settings provided by Exetel at login. I have my systems name servers lookups set to 220.233.0.3 and 220.233.0.4. If I look at the name server info in my modem (Billion 5200) they are set...

I'm having trouble accessing slashdot.org.
Other ISP connection is OK but I can't ping or traceroute.
