In the meantime, you can view/download the invoices from the member's account.

Hi,

There will be no credit card surcharges for any advance payments you make via the "Pay Anytime" option.

You can use the "Pay Anytime" option to make advance payments and these payments will be set off against the monthly bills until the advance payment runs out.

Hi, Yes, you are able to pay in advance using the "Exetel's Pay Anytime Facility". The payments you make will then offset the usage billable amount to happen on the next billing date of your service. You will not be charged for credit card fees for the advance payments that is made through a credit ...

Hi, This service (purchasing additional usage) needs immediate payment confirmation. Status of the payment could be known for payments submitted from credit cards immediately (at the time of submission) unlike direct debit that takes 3-4 working days. This is the reason why direct debit is not given...
