Billing enquiry outstanding for over a month

Hi I have submitted a billing enquiry over a month ago (#4479616) relating to being overcharged. Despite emailing to follow up every week since, I have not received any response (other than a generic reply over a month ago that my issue was being looked into). Would appreciate if someone would be ab...

Re: Price Increase For Out Of Contract Customers - Continued

Hi guys

There was a mention in the last thread of crediting the $20 change of plan fee charged in Nov/Dec - can anyone from Exetel shed any light on this?

I wouldn't have paid $20 to change plans if I knew there was a price increase a couple of months away

Re: New Exetel mobile user off to bad start

Hi guys Fyi your activation form appears to be broken - after entering half the information I already inputted as part of the application form (?) and clicking 'continue', I get taken to the confirmation screen and click 'submit'. After this I get taken to a page that is identical to the confirmatio...

Re: Exetel MoIP

I'm considering getting an iphone and one of exetel's per min (voda plans) plus a data pack... would it be possible/usable to use MOIP on the voda network rather than the Optus network HSPA plans?

I am also having issues sending faxes to 1300 numbers - the number is 1300301249, which I am able to call and hear fax tones on after three rings, but every fax sent is failing. The message I am getting is: Your email to fax request has failed. Exetel has attempted to send the fax 3 times and has be...

At last! I have just signed up. :D
Hey, I've got first dibs :) Knowing Optus there's probably only a single digit number of ports for wholesale customers.

Great :)

First time the date for new ports has been brought forward, instead of being pushed back a month for the fourth time :)

Hi Klaas,

My exchange (HORN) has been 'active' but with no ports since ADSL2+ was first offered by Exetel through Optus. It's now listed as 'active' - does this necessarily mean that ports are avaliable?
