No provider has been without issues at any time, happens regardless of who you're with, and no matter what you pay for the service

not sure if this is related (hopefully yes) but have been suffering dropouts myself the last few days, during the day it's ok but early afternoon the connection will start dropping out maybe every 30 minutes or so and then get more and more frequent until it gets to the point where it's dropping out...

Thanks Jokiin, just did a speedtest before I went to work .. got .99MB Download ... hopefully that changes soon sometimes you need to reboot your modem to pickup the new settings, I think that depends what type of connection you were on though, worth a reboot to check though if it doesn't happen to...

should show in your user facilities if it went through, I changed plans not long ago and what I wanted wasn't shown but just called up sales and they did everything over the phone, very easy and went through without a hitch

the modem will still work with only one wire of the pair whereas the phone line needs both wires, the static on the line likely indicates it's a line problem anyway
