Just wondering if there has been any progress with this issue. I carried out 17 odd test calls from my VoIP & mobile number on 5/5/19 & replied back to Rehan's email. NBN Availability Neath

Trying to helping a friend decided on NBN plans, but her address 56 Carrs Road Neath 2326, is only coming up as having ADSL avalable.

Have checked NBNCo website & it's showing FTTN is available.

Could the database be updated, so she can order a service?

There seems to be an issue diverting to voicemail. Initially we had the divert time set to 40 seconds, but now all calls were being direct diverted to VM (phone doesn't ring). Change the time setting to 30 seconds & the phone rings, changed back to 40 seconds & calls direct diverted to VM. Same appl...

Currently experiencing an outage in Newcastle. Have power cycled router. Router is connected to node (DSL LED is on & router reporting line speeds of 107735/44199)

Router logs reporting "Jan 1 00:17:05 daemon err syslog: pppd:Couldn't get channel number: Transport endpoint is not connected"

Same here, 185% at 1:17am and 203% at 8:05am.

User facilities bar graph tells me 10.39GB

I've set up someone with a Siemen Gigaset 510ip. You can get extra handsets & chargers. They handle up to 4 VoIP services & 1 PSTN service & if you have multiple handsets, you can make/receive several concurrent calls They have an "Exetel" configuration in a drop down list, which takes the guesswork...

ADSL to FTTN time frame

Hi

My FTTN was activated 2 weeks ago tomorrow, how long does it take to port a PSTN number from Telstra to Exetel VoIP?

Also my user facilities still lists my old ADSL service as being active. When is should it be removed?

Hi HimaJ, On the 1/2/17 my friends received a $21.20 credit for the overcharges, but the VP6 plan is still on their current invoice dated 14/02/17. I eventually got the VoIP settings to work, the issue was IE11 not being 100% compatible with the user facilites. Worked with Chrome!
