A churn request from Exetel/Powertel ADSL2+ --> Internode ADSL2+ was successfully completed today.

Downtime consisted of loss of PPP sync and a few seconds to enter the Internode config details.

Good bye Exetel. Hello Internode!

We need to throughly test the processes.
Considering early "next" year has passed, any news of progress regarding if/when the churn process may be available?

I placed a request on whirlpool.net.au in order to gauge whether other users were experiencing similar speeds.

As I have yet to receive a reply, have you any insight into what the problem may be please? As a courtesy I downloaded the test file again today, with worse results. http://img146.imageshack.us/img146/6859/testdownloadfile2uf4.png 10.0MB in 6 min 31 sec at a transfer rate of 26.1KB/sec = 208.8kbps

Live stream from ABC-TV unwatchable

Powertel ADSL2+ NEWT Sydney

The following live stream from ABC-TV is unwatchable. Audio remains OK but the video stops every few seconds and loses sync with the audio.

The stream is rated at 270kbps.

FYI, my modem syncs at 21.5Mbps/1Mbps.
