Hi,

Will yo be able to post some screenshots? Here's mine. I tested again over my Data connection and was able to connect without any issues.

I've just tested your account on c-sip-simple and was able to register without any issues. Can you please double-check the password you're using.

Hi Paul,

Our supplier has fixed the call routing issue. Made a test call and it is now connecting.

Hi mate,

It is not possible to block caller ID per call basis. As per with PSTN service it is applied for all calls (i.e. on or off). If you want to block your caller ID please PM me your service number and I will get it done for you.
