Your speeds are not being limited by EXETEL.
The most you will be able to get out of your connection is 85% - 95% due to packet overheads.

We have been advised that our supplier that the outage was caused by faulty hardware.
The hardware has now been replaced and services should be restored.

Our supplier has confirmed that a transmission node has failed within their network.
We have been advised that AAPT field ops are on the way to rectify the issue.

The supplier has identified that there is a problem with their fiber network.
